How does the QR code work?
After you create your gallery you get a unique QR code and link. Print it on table cards, signs or flyers. Guests point their phone camera at it and your gallery opens straight away in the browser, ready for uploads.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. BridaLens works in any modern phone browser. Guests scan, tap Upload and pick photos and videos from their camera roll. No app, no account and no password.
How many photos and videos can we collect?
There's no limit on the number of uploads. Photos can be up to 100 MB each and videos up to 2 GB, so even 4K clips and ProRAW photos from the latest iPhones fit.
Which file types are supported?
Everything a modern phone produces: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, ProRAW/DNG, WebP, GIF and AVIF photos, plus MOV, MP4, M4V, 3GP, WebM and MKV videos, including HEVC and HDR. We convert everything so it plays in every browser.
Are our photos secure and private?
Your gallery lives at a private link that isn't listed anywhere, and search engines are asked not to index it. Original files are stored privately and only you can download them. Voice messages are only ever visible to the two of you.
Can we download everything after the wedding?
Yes. From your dashboard you can download a single zip with every original photo and video in full resolution, plus all voice messages.
