Privacy Policy

BridaLens (“we”, “us”) provides private wedding photo galleries. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Organizers: your name, email address and sign-in details (handled by our authentication provider, Clerk), your event details, and payment records (card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers).
• Guests: the photos, videos and voice messages you upload, and the name you optionally enter. We don't require guest accounts.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-friendly product analytics (PostHog) such as pages visited. We don't record sessions on guest pages.

How we use it

To run your gallery, convert media so it displays on every device, process payments, send essential emails and improve the product. We never sell your data or use your photos for advertising or AI training.

Photo metadata

We remove location (GPS) data from the display versions of photos shown in the gallery. The untouched originals are kept privately for the couple to download.

Who can see what

Anyone with your gallery link can view gallery photos and videos. Voice messages are visible only to the organizer. Original files are only available to the organizer.

Retention and deletion

Photos, videos and voice messages are kept for two months after the wedding date (or after purchase, if no date is set). We email the organizer a week before and again the day before, then permanently delete them; the event itself stays in your dashboard, marked as closed. You can also delete individual items or your entire event at any time from your dashboard; this removes the files from our storage. Deleting your account removes all of your events. Guests can ask the couple, or us, to remove something they uploaded.

Service providers

Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (storage and delivery), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and PostHog (analytics).
